It’s About Time for Christmas Pins!
For some of us, it's a yearly ritual; once November arrives, we're on the lookout for the newest Christmas tree pins to add to our collection. Or Christmas pins, at any rate -- some definitely aren't trees!
For a few years, I eagerly awaited Thanksgiving (because that's when the good pins would show up in the stores). Then for some years, I quit buying pins. Not sure why, but I think it was just a different work environment (i.e. more casual clothes).
But, I'm ready this year -- it's November, so bring on the Christmas jewelry!
O Christmas Tree
As you can see from this small sampling, two things are apparent. One, I don't have a large proportion of tree pins. Second, I like cats!
I'm not sure why I don't have many trees, but it's probably because there for awhile I was buying the trees that lit up. Well, every year they would break and I would throw them out.
Could be that's why I don't have many Christmas tree pins?
I was about to do a tutorial on making seed bead Christmas jewelry, but my project got out of hand (got too complicated). So, I'm re-thinking what I can set up for you.
Meanwhile, I've been haunting the . There is one pin that I really, really want and I keep missing out on. One day I will win it!
Ah well, while I keep a weather eye out for my elusive pin, I thought I'd give you a look at some Christmas jewelry!
